This new build development located in Harrow has been aimed at transforming a former car park site into a collection of 25 modern and stylish residential flats. Our team of experienced residential architects have designed the project to create a vibrant community for residents to interact and connect with each other.

The design concept focuses on the integration of communal areas and amenities, fostering a sense of community within the development. Residents will have access to well-designed communal spaces where they can socialize, relax, and build relationships with their neighbors. These thoughtfully crafted areas encourage a sense of belonging and promote a strong community spirit.

The exterior facade of the development showcases a contemporary aesthetic, combining pale brick and powder-coated aluminum windows. This carefully selected combination of materials not only provides a visually appealing look but also ensures durability and low maintenance for the long term. Inside, the interior layouts have been designed with functionality and ample natural light in mind, catering to the needs of young families.
